use and behoof of the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns
        for ever  And to and for no other Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever
        And the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph
        Janson for themselves their Heirs Executors and Administrators
        Do and each of them Doth hereby Covenant and Grant
        to and with the same James Dick his Heirs Executors
        Administrators and Assigns in Manner and form following
        that is to say  That they the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and
        Joseph Janson and each of them their and each of their
        Heirs the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses with
        the Appurtenances to him the said James Dick his Heirs
        and Assigns against them the said Bartholomew Pomeroy
        and Joseph Janson and each of them their and each of their
        Heirs and all person and persons whatsoever Lawfully clayming
        or to claim by from or under them or either of them
        their or either of their Heirs shall & will for ever hereafter
        Warrant and Defend  And that they the said Bartholomew
        Pomeroy and Joseph Janson and each of them ^their^ and each
        of their Heirs shall and will at any Time or Times hereafter
        at the Reasonable Request Costs and Charges of the said
        James Dick his Heirs or Assigns do make and Execute all
        and every such further and other Act Deed or Conveyance
        as shall be Required for the better assurance and conveyance
        of the said Tract or parcell of Land and premisses with the
        appurtenances to the said ^James Dick^ his Heirs or Assigns in Fee simple
        so as such Deed or Conveyance contain no other Covenants
        or Warranty than are herein contained  And the said
        Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson Have
