James Dick (in his actual Possession now being
        by Virtue of a bargain and Sale to him thereof made
        by the said Bartholomew Pomeroy and Joseph Janson
        bearing date the next before the day of the date of
        these presents for one whole Year Commencing from
        the Day next before the day of the date thereof, and by
        force and Virtue of the statute for Transferring uses into
        Possession)  His Heirs and Assigns    All that
        Tract or parcell of Land lying in Ann Arundel County
        aforesaid in the said province of Maryland adjourning
        on the Head of Dorseys Creek called Todds Range
        containing One Hundred and Twenty Acres more or less,
        Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards
        Ways Waters Water Courses Commoditys Priviledges
        Improvements Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances
        whatsoever to the said Tract or parcell of Land belonging
        or in any Wise appertaining, And the Revertion and
        Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
        and Profits thereof and of every part and parcell
        thereof    And all the Estate Rights Title
        Interest use trust Property Claim and Demand
        whatsoever of them the said Bartholomew Pomeroy
        and Joseph Janson or either of them of in or to
        the said Tract or parcell of Land and premisses or
        any part or parcell thereof    To have and To hold
        the said Tract or Parcell of Land and Premisses with
        its Rights Members and Appurtenances unto the said
        James Dick his Heirs and Assigns To the only proper
