of the sum of Five Shillings Sterling Money to them in
        hand paid by the same James Dick the Receipt whereof they
        do hereby Acknowledge Have and each of them Hath
        Bargained and Sold  And by these presents do and each
        of them  Doth Bargain and sell unto the said James
        Dick  All that Tract or Parcell of Land lying in
        Ann Arundel County aforesaid in the said province
        of Maryland adjoining on the Head of Dorsey's Creek
        Called Todd's Range    Containing One hundred
        and Twenty Acres more or less    Together with all
        Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards Ways Waters, Water Courses,
        Comodities Priviledges Improvements Emoluments, Advantages,
        and Appurtenances whatsoever to the same Tract or
        Parcell of Land belonging or Appertaining    And the Revertion
        and Revertions Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues
        and Profits thereof and of every part thereof  To Have
        and to Hold the said Tract or parcell of Land
        and all and singular the Premisses with the Rights
        Members and Appurtenances unto the said James Dick
        his Executors Administrators and Assigns from the Day
        next before the Day of the Date of these presents for and
        during and untill the full End and Term of One whole Year
        from thence next Ensuing and fully to be Compleat and
        Ended To the Intent and purpose that by Force & Virtue
        of these presents and of the statute for Transferring uses
        into possession the said James Dick may be in the
        actual Possession of the premisses and be thereby
