        1762    July 16.^th  Then Came James M.^cLachland
        one of the subscribing evidences to the within Deed
        before me the subscriber one of the Provincial
        Justices of the Province of Maryland and made oath
        on teh holy Evangelists of Almighty God that he
        subscribed his name as Witness to the within Deed
        and that he saw Charles Sommerset Smith the other
        subscribing evidence sign his Name as Witness thereto
        at the same Time and that the said Deed was duly
6 sides  executed in their presence by the parties within
