and his Heirs Ex.^rs Adm.^rs and Assigns the afd Pa^r^cell of Land and
        premisses unto him the said Robert Ward and his Heirs & assigns
        shall and will for ever Warrant and defend from all Manner of
        persons claiming or to claim any Right Title or Interest
        thereto; and doth further promise and agree that to the said
        Robert Gover and his Heirs shall and will at all Times when
        thereunto required at the proper Cost & Charges of him the
        said Robert Ward make do and suffer or cause to be made
        done and suffered, all and every such further and other Act or Acts
        thing or things, Deed or Deeds, Assurance or Assurances
        what soever Requisite in the Premisses for the better and more
        sure makeing the said Land and premises over to him the said
        Robert Ward and his heirs and assignes as shall or may be by
        his Councill learned in the Law Reasonable devised advised
        or Required    In Witness whereof the said Robert Gover
        hath hereunto sett his hand and seall the day and year
        above written

        On the Back of the foregoing Deed was thus written

        Ann Arundel County fit On the Day & Year within written
        came Robert Gover party to the within Deed and acknowledged
        the Land and premises herein mentioned to be the Right Title &
        Estate of the within Named Robert Ward his Heirs & assigns for ever
        at the same Time came Sarah wife to the said Rob.^t Gover and
        being examined acknowledged her Right of Dower to the
