Exam.d      Maryland fs.t  This Indenture made
        this Twenty fourth Day of June in the Year of our Lord One
        Thousand Seven hundred and Sixty two between Benjamin
        Tasker Esq.r of the City of Annapolis and Province of Maryland
        of the one part and Joseph Chaplin of Frederick County of
        the other Part  Witnesseth that the said Benjamin
        Tasker for and in Consideration of Three Hundred pounds Current
        Money of the Province of Pensilvania to him paid or secured to
        be payd by the said Joseph Chapline the Receipt whereof the
        said Benjamin Tasker doth hereby Confess and Acknowledge
        he the said Benjamin Tasker hath granted Bargained sold
        aliened and contained and by these presents Doth grant Bargain
        Sell aliene and Confirm unto the said Joseph Chaplain
        his Heirs and Assigns for ever all that one hundred and
        Fifty four Acres in a tract of Land called the Vineyard lying and being
        in Frederick County and all Houses Edifices and Meadows in
        any wise appertaining  And also the Reversion and Reversions
        Remainder and Remainders Rents and Services in any wise
        appertaining    And also all the Estate Right Title Interest
        Claim or Demand whatsoever of him the said Benjamin Tasker
        and to the said Premisses and every part or parcel thereof To
        have and To hold the aforesaid Tract of Land and Premisses
        above Mentioned and every part or parcel thereof with the appurtenances
        unto the said Joseph Chaplain his Heirs and
        Assigns  To the only proper use or behoof of the said Joseph
        Chaplain his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Benjamin
        Tasker for himself and his Heirs the aforesaid Tract or parcel
        of Land Messuages and premisses and every part thereof
        against him and his Heirs and against all and every other
        person or persons whatsoever claiming by or from him
        will for ever Warrant and Defend  In Witness whereof
