        the parties to these presents have hereunto set their hands and seals
        the day and Year first above Written

                        On the back of the foregoing Deed was thus Written

        Receiv'd of the within Named M.r Joseph Chaplain Three hundred
        pounds Current Money of Pensilvania being the consideration of
        the within mentioned Tract of Land called the Vine Yard  Witness
        my hand this 24.th June 1762

        24.th June 1762  Came the Within named M.r Benjamin Tasker
        before us two of his Lordships Justices of Ann Arundel County Court
        and Acknowledged the Within Deed for the use of M.r Joseph
        Chaplain according to forme and at the same time came Anne
        the Wife of the said M.r Benj.a Tasker who being secretly Examined
        out of the hearing of her husband declared that she acknowledged
        the same Deed willingly and Truly without being induced thereto
        by fears or threats of ill usage of her Husband or fear of displeasure
        according to form before

        1762 June 24.th  Received of M.r Joseph Chaplain six shillings
        and two pence sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the
        Alienation Fine on the within One Hundred and fifty four Acres of
        Land (by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r
        his said Lordship's Agent and receiver general
