of April 1762 Came before me the subscriber
one of his Lordships Provincial
Justices the within named Walter Dulany and
acknowledged the within
Deed to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premisses
therein mentioned to be
bargained sold and conveyed to be the Right and
Estate of the within named
James Dick and Daniel Wolstenholme their
Heirs and Assigns forever
according to the true intent and meaning of the
same Deed and the Act of
Assembly in such case made and Provided
And on the same Day and Year came also before me Mary Dulany the
Wife of the aforesaid Walter
Dulany and being by me privately examined a
Part from and out of the
hearing of her said Husband did release and did
Declare that she did thereby
intend to release all her right of Dower of in and
to the said Land and Premisses
within mentioned to be conveyed to the
aforesaid James Dick and
Daniel Wolstenholme their Heirs and Assigns
for ever and she did also
declare that she made this release and acknowledgement
voluntarily and freely and
without being induced thereto by fears
or Threats of or ill usage
by her said Husband or fear of his Displeasure
according to the Directions
of the Said Act
