contained within the Boundaries lines Courses and Distances
        aforesaid all that parcel of Ground Beginning at a stone marked
        WD running thence south ten Degrees West to the Water and
        with the Water till it intersects a Line drawn from the said stone
        marked WD east thirty degrees south and with the same Line
        reversed to the Beginning and reserving also to him the said Wal.^r
        Dulany his Heirs and Assigns the Ways Ingress Egress and Regress
        herein after mentioned (Together with all Houses Edifices Buildings
        Improvements Profits Commodities Advantages Emoluments and
        Appurtenances whatsoever to the said two undivided third parts
        of the Parcel of Ground aforesaid hereby bargained and sold or
        meant mentioned or intended so to be belonging or in any wise
        appertaining  And the Reversion and Reversions Remainder
        and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the said hereby
        Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be Bargained
        and sold Premisses  And all the Estate Right Title Interest Use
        Trust Possession Property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him
        the Said Wal.^r Dulany of in to or out of the said hereby Bargained
        and Sold or meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and sold
        Premisses with the Rights Members and Appurtenances to the same
        belonging  To Have and to Hold one of the said undivided
        third parts of the said Peice or Parcel of Ground included and
        contained within the Bounds Lines Courses and Distances aforesaid
        (except as before excepted) hereby bargained and sold or meant
        mentioned or intended so to be to him the said James Dick his
        Heirs and Assigns to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the
        said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to or for no other
        Use Intent or Purpose Whatsoever  And to have and to Hold the other
        of the said undivided third Parts of the said Peice or Parcel of Ground
        included and contained within the Bounds Lines Courses and
