Distances aforesaid (except as before Excepted) hereby bargained and
        sold or Meant mentioned or intended so to be to him the said Daniel
        Wolstenholme his Heirs and Assigns to the only proper use and Behoof of him
        the said Daniel Wolstenholme his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to and
        for himself his Heirs Executors and Administrators doth hereby covenant
        Promise grant and agree to and with the aforesaid James Dick and
        Daniel Wolstenholme their Heirs and Assigns that he the said Walter Dulany
        and his Heirs the said Bargained and sold or meant mentioned or intended
        to be bargained and Sold Premisses to them the said James Dick and Daniel
        Wolstenholme their Heirs and Assigns against him the said Walter Dulany
        and his Heirs and all Persons claiming or to claim by from or under him
        them or any of them shall and will for ever hereafter Warrant and defend
        Provided always and reserving and the said James Dick and Daniel
        Wolstenholme for themselves their Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns
        do and each of them doth hereby covenant Promise Grant and Agree to and
        with the aforesaid Walter Dulany his Heirs Executors Administrators
        and Assigns and his and their servants customers and others shall and
        may have free Liberty of Ingress Egress and Regress for Horse foot
        and all sorts of carriages by one sufficient and convenient way over
        and through the said Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned or
        intended to be bargained and sold Premisses from the said Peice of
        Ground herein before reserved as aforesaid to the common Road or way
        made and used from Scots Street to the Wind Mill and in by and over the
        said common way to Scotts Street and also by one other Sufficient and
        convenient way over and through the said Bargained and Sold or
        meant mentioned or intended to be bargained and Sold Premisses from
        that part of the Ground Sold and Conveyed by Edmund Jennings Esq.^r deceased
        to him the said Walter Dulany not included in the said Bounds Lines Courses
