said Thomas Tyler with all and Singular the
Edifices Improvements and
Appurtenances thereunto belonging or which
are now deemed to belong
to the same and the Reversion and Reversions
Remainder and Remainders
Rents Issues and other Profits of the said
Premisses hereby granted
Bargained sold, Aliened, Enfeoffed and Confirmed
and of every Part and Parcel
thereof and also all the Estate Right
Title, Interest, Property,
Profit Claim and Demand whatsoever both
in Law and Equity of the
said Thomas Tyler therein and thereunto
To have and to hold the
said part of a Tract of Land and
Premisses herein before
mentioned or intended to be hereby granted
Bargained, Sold, Aliened,
Enfeoffed and Confirmed and every part
and parcel thereof unto
the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and
Assigns to the only proper
use and behoof of him the said Nicholas
Maccubbin his Heirs and
Assigns for ever and to no other Use Intent
or purpose whatsoever and
the said Thomas Tyler for himself his
Heirs Executors and Administrators
doth covenant grant and agree to
and with the said Nicholas
Maccubbin his Heirs and Assigns by these
Presents that he the said
Thomas Tyler and his Heirs shall and will
from Time to Time and at
all times hereafter Warrant and
defend the aforesaid part
of a Tract of Land with the appurtenances
herein before Granted, sold,
Aliened, Enfeoffed and confirmed from
and against all manner of
Person or Persons whatsoever In

Received of M.r Nicholas Maccubbin sixteen shillings and
one penny sterl.g for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the
Alienation Fine on the within Land suposing the same to contain four hundred
and two acres by Virtue of a Comission from Edward Lloyd Esq.r
