        Matter cause or thing whatsoever from the beginning of the World to the
        Day next before the Day of the date of these Presents  In Witness whereof
        the said Micajah Perry Esquire and Philip Perry have hereunto sett their
        Hands and Seals the Thirtieth Day of March  Anno Dni 1734

Exam.d  This Indenture made the 22.d Day of May in the Year of our
        Lord one Thousand seven hundred and sixty Two Between Thomas Tyler of
        Dorchester County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and
        Nicholas Maccubbin of the City of Annapolis in the Province aforesaid
        Merchant of the other Part  Witnesseth for and in consideration of the sum
        of Fifty Pounds Current Money and the Cost of Suit in an Action commenced
        against the said Thomas Tyler in Dorchester County to the said Thomas
        Tyler at or before the Ensealing or Delivery hereof by the said Nicholas
        Maccubbin well and truly paid the Receipt whereof the said Thomas Tyler
        doth hereby acknowledge and thereof and of every part and parcel thereof
        doth clearly acquit Release and Discharge the said Nicholas Maccubbin
        his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns and every of them for ever
        by these Presents the said Thomas Tyler doth grant bargain sell alien
        enfeoff and confirm unto the said Nicholas Maccubbin his Heirs and
        Assigns for ever  All that part of a Tract of Land called or commonly known
        by the name of Jordan Point lying in Dorchester County which said Land
        was devised by Henry Hill of Ann Arundel County Deceased to his Grand
        Daughter Priscilla Hill who is now the Wife of the said Thomas Tyler reference
        being thereunto had may more fully appear which said Land is now
