       of all manner of Charge Incumbrance Right of Dower
       Judgment Execution or either Lien at Law whatsoever for or on
       account or thro the act & Deed of my self & Heirs and I the said
       Burrage the afd sixteen acres of Land & Premisses &c afores.d
       unto the said Charles Hammond & his Heirs from and against
       myself and Heirs and all Manner of Persons whatsoever will
       here after for ever warrant & defend, and make or cause to be made
       to said Charles & his Heirs at this or their Request such other  
       further and better assurance of same as shall be reasonably
       required of me   In Testimony whereof I have hereunto set my
       Hand and seal this Twenty sixth day of May Anno Domini
       seventeen Hundred and sixty three

       Instrument of Writing to be his act and Deed, and that the Land
       and premisses with the appurtenances herein Contained or Mentioned
       to be the Property right and Estate of Charles Hammond Jun.r
       his Heirs and assigns for ever according to the true intent and
       meaning of this Instrument of Writing and the act of assembly
       in such cases made and Provided taken & acknowledged before
       us two of his Lordships Justices for Ann.ll County Court
