       County Land records Lib BB N.o 2 fol 208 & 209 and wehich
       long since hath become absolute at Law, as Reference thereunto being
       had may appear  as also for the further consideration of Five shillings
       Current Money afd to me the said Burrage Scott at the ensealing
       and delivery of these presents well and truly paid by said Charles
       Hammond Jun.r Wherewith I confess my self fully content & satisfied
       I the said Burrage Scott have remised released and quit claim  
       and do hereby for my self and heirs Ex.rs &c remise release and
       quit Claim unto Charles Hammond Jun.r afores.d his Heirs
       Ex.rs &c for ever all my Right Title Interest Equity of redemption
       and Estate both in Law & Equity of what kind soever of
       in & to sixteen acres of Ground (being part of the Mortgaged
       Premisses afd with the Houses Gardens Appurtenances and
       Improvements &c thereof lying and being at the Elk ridge
       Landing in the county aforesaid and the which s.d Land (part of
       a Tract of Land called Hannover) I the said Burrage hold
       and am intitled unto for and during the Term of the natural
       Life of a certain Anne Mason formerly called by the Name
       of Ann Wallace in consequence of a purchase of same made
       by me of a certain W.m Miles, Who had good and Lawful Right,
       and authority to sell and dispose of the same, To have and
       To hold the said sixteen acres of Land & premisses with the
       appurtenances & improvements thereof afd unto him the
       said Charles Hammond Jun.r his Heirs and assigns to
       and for his and their proper Use & Behoof free & clear
