Ex.d   This Indenture made this Eighteenth Day of June in
       the Year of our Lord Seventeen hundred and sixty three  Between
       Solomon Turner of Frederick County Planter of the one part and Thomas
       Johnson Junior of the City of Annapolis Attorney at Law of the other
       part Witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of Five pounds
       Current Money in Hand paid by him the said Thomas Johnson
       Junior to him the said Solomon Turner the Receipt whereof he doth     
       hereby acknowledge and thereof and therefrom doth hereby Release
       Acquit and Discharge him the said Thomas Solomon Junior his Heirs
       Executors and Administrators and every of them by these Presents he
       the said Solomon Turner Hath granted bargained sold aliened released
       Enfeofed and Confirmed and by these Presents doth grant Bargain
       sell alein release enfeoff and confirm unto him the said Thomas
       Johnson Junior his heirs and assigns forever all that Tract of Land
       lying and being in Frederick County called Hickory Thickett
       containing nine acres and one half acre of Land more or less
       Together with all Priviledges Advantages Improvements and Appurtenances
       whatsoever to the said Tract of Land belonging or in
       any wise appurtaining and the Reversion and Reversions
       Remainder and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits of the
       said Tract of Land and every part and parcel thereof and all
       the Estate Right Title Interest use Trust Possession Property
       claim and Demand Whatsoever of him the said Solomon
       Turner of in or to the said Tract of Land and every part thereof
       with its Rights Members and Appurtenances  To have
       and to hold the said Tract of Land and Premisses with the
       appurtenances to him the said Thomas Johnson Junior his heirs
       and assigns To the only Proper use and behoof of him the said
