       his Heirs Executors administrators and assigns by these presents
       Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed
       and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant bargain
       sell aliened relien enfeoffef and confirm unto him the said George
       Frazier his Heirs and assigns  All that part of a Tract or parcell
       of Land lying and being in Prince Georges County aforesaid
       called Blew plain otherwise Bew playne otherwise Blew plain
       otherwise Bu plane otherwise Beau plain which part is
       scituate lying and being on the North side of Oxen Creek and
       runn Together with all Edifices Buildings Gardens Orchards
       Ways, Waters, Water Courses Commodities priviledges Improvements
       Emoluments advantages and appurtenances whatsoever to the
       same part of the Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid belonging or in any ways
       appertaining  and the reversion and reversions remainder and
       remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and
       parcels thereof And also all the Estate right Title interest use
       Trust property Claim and Demand whatsoever of him the said
       George Frazier Magruder of in to and out of the same part of the
       Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid and of in to and out of every part
       and parcel thereof   To have and To hold the said part
       of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid hereby granted bargained
       and sold or meant mentioned or intended so to be and premisses
       with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof unto
       him the said George Frazier his Heirs and assigns for ever
       to the only proper use and Behoof of him the said George Frazier
       his Heirs and assigns for ever and to and for no other use
       intent or purpose Whatsoever  In Witness whereof
       the parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably
