                On the Back of the above indenture was thus Written, Viz

       April the 19.th 1763   Reciev'd of the within named George
       Frazier the sum of Five shillings sterling being the consideration
       within mentioned to be by him paid to me
                Witness                                    G F Magruder
       David Crauford & Nath Magruder

             April 19.th 1763  Came before us two of his Lordships Justices
       of the Peace for Prince Georges County the within named George
       Frazier Magruder and acknowledged the within Instrument of
       Writing to be his act and Deed and the Land & premisses therein
       mentioned to be the Right and Estate of the within named George
       Frazier his Heirs and assigns according to the true Intent & Meaning
       of the within Deed and the act of assembly in such case made
       and provided                  before
