       and Elizabeth his Wife for themselves and each of them and their and
       each of their Heirs jointly and severally do Covenant promise Grant
       and agree to and with the said William Thomas his Heirs and assigns
       by these presents that they the said Ignatius Wheeler and Elizabeth
       his Wife and each of them and their and each of their heirs sall and
       will for ever hereafter Warrant and defend the aforesaid Tract of Land
       and premisses and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
       unto him the said William Thomas his heirs and assigns from & against
       them the said Ignatius Wheeler and Elizabeth his Wife and each of them
       and their and each of their Heirs and from and against all and all Maner
       of persons or persons whatsoever claiming or who hereafter shall or
       may claim by from or under them the said Ignatius Wheeler and
       Elizabeth his Wife or either of them   In Witness whereof the said
       parties to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their
       hands and affixed their seals the day and ^first^ year above written
       Signed Sealed & delivered
       in the presence of us         Geo Steuart      and James Christie

          On the Back of the aforegoind Deed was thus Written Viz

       within named William Thomas the sum of six hundred Pounds
       Sterling Money of Great Britain, being the Consideration Money
       within Mentioned to be by him paid to us I say received by

On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was written as follows Viz      Received of William Thomas Esquire
One Pound seven shillings sterling for his Lordship's use being the Alienation Fine on the within six hundred and
Twenty five Acres of Land due to the Lord Baltimore (by Virtue of a Commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordship's
