       at the cost and charges of him the said William Thomas shall and
       may be brought and prosecuted against him the said William Thomas in the
       Name of him the said John Rogers as Plaintiff or Demandant therein of and
       for the aforesaid Tract or parcel of Land and premisses with the appurtenances
       by such Name or Names quantity Quality Number or Content of Acres or other
       Certainties or discriptions as shall be apt and convenient in that Behalf
       To which Writ or Writs the said William Thomas shall appear Gratis in his
       proper person or by his attorney or attornies lawfully authorized and shall and
       vouch to Warrant the premisses the s.d Ignatius Wheeler & Eliz.a his Wife who shall likewise appear gratis in their proper persons
       or by attorney or attornies lawfully authorized and shall and
       will enter into the said Warranty and vouch over to Warrant the same premisses
       the Common Vouchee who shall thereupon appear and enter into the said Warranty
       and after imparlance make default and such further and other proceedings shall
       be therein so that one or more good and perfect common recoveries with double
       Voucher shall and may be had and suffered perfected and Executed in all things
       according to the usual Form of common recoveries with double vouchers
       for the assurance of Land in such case used and accustomed (and it is
       hereby further Covenanted Concluded Granted declared and fully agreed
       by and between all the said parties to these presents that from & after
       the suffering and perfecting the said recovery or recoveries as well these presents
       and the assurance hereby made as also the Common Recovery or Recoveries
       so as aforesaid or in any other Manner to be had suffered and perfected shall
       be and enure and shall be adjudged construed Deemed and taken and are
       and were meant and intended and are hereby declared to be and enure to the
       recoverer or Recoverors in the said Recovery or Recoveries named or to be named
       and he and they and his and their Heirs shall stand & be seized of the Tract or
       parcel of Land aforesaid and premisses and every part and parcel thereof
       to and for the only proper use and Behoofe of him the said William Thomas
       his Heirs and assigns for ever and to and for or other Use Intent or
       purpose whatsoever   And the aforesaid Ignatius Wheeler
