Exam.d   This Indenture Tripartite
       made this thirty first day of August in the Year Seventeen hundred
       and sixty two   Between Robert Fenwick of S.t Mary's County planter
       and Susannah his Wife of the first part  Mark Heard of the same
       county planter of the second part and John Hall of the City of Annapolis
       Esquire of the third part   Witnesseth that the said Robert Fenwick
       and Susannah his Wife for and in consideration of the sum of six Thousand
       Pounds of Crop Tobacco to them in hand by the said Mark Heard paid at or
       before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof whereby
       acknowledged and for the docking barring and Extinguishing all Estates Tail
       and all reversions and remainders thereupon Expectant or depending of and in the
       Lands and appurtenances herein after mentioned they the said Robert Fenwick
       and Susannah his Wife (by and with the advice and consent of the said John Hall
       testified by his being a party to and his sealing and delivering these Presents
       Do grant bargain and sell alien release and confirm unto him the said
       Mark Heard (in his Actual Possession being by virtue of a bargain & sale
       to him thereof made by him the said Robert Fenwick bearing date the day next
       before the day of the date of these presents for one whole Year commencing from
       the day next before the day of the date of these presents for one whole Year commencing
       from the day next before the day of the date thereof and by force of the statute
       for transferring of Uses into Possession) his heirs and assigns   All that
       part of a Tract or parcell of Land called Thirds lying in the county afores.d
