       Emoluments Advantages and Appurtenances whatsoever
       to the same part of the Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid belonging
       or appurtaining and the Reversion and reversions Remainder
       and remainders Rents Issues and profits thereof and of every part
       and parcell thereof   To have and To hold the said part of the
       Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid and every part thereof and all
       and singular the Premisses with its rights Members and Appurtenances
       unto the said Mark Heard his Executors administrators and assigns
       from the day next before the day of the date of these presents for
       and during and untill the full End and Term of one whole Year
       from thence and ensuing and fully to be compleat and ended
       To the intent and purpose that by force and Virtue of these
       Presents and of the statute for transferring Uses into Possession
       the said Mark Heard may be in the Actual Possession of the
       Premisses and be thereby enabled to take and accept a grant
       and release of the Revertion and Inheritance thereof to him
       and his Heirs for ever   In Witness whereof the parties
       to these presents have hereunto interchangeably set their
       Hands and affixed their seals the day and year first above
       written
          Signed Sealed & Delivered            Robert Fenwick     (s)
          in the presence of us
       and Susannah his Wife being            Susannah Fenwick  (s)
       twice interlined

                      Mev.l Lock & Hugh Hopewell

          On the Back of the aforegoing deed was thus written

       Received on the Day and Year first within written of and
       from the within named Mark Heard the sum of five shillings
