       situate in Frederick County aforesaid called Long Meadow enlarged
       containing or computed to contain Two Thousand one hundred and
       thirty one acres or there abouts be the same more or Less, and by the same
       Metes and Bounds as the same are granted to or held by the s.d Daniel Dulany
       Together with all Meadows savannahs swamps cripples Woods
       Underwood Mines Minerals Quarries Ways Waters Water Courses Improvements
       Liberties Easements Priviledges Profits Comodities Advantages
       Hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever to the said Tract of
       Land belonging or in any wise appurtaining  And the reversions
       and remainders thereof and all the Estate right TItle Interest Claim
       and Demand whatsoever of him the said Daniel Dulany of in and
       to the said Tract of Land with the appurtenances To have and
       To Hold the said Tract of Land called Long Meadow Enlarged
       with the appurtenances unto the said William Allen his heirs & assigns
       to and for the proper Use and Behoof of the said William Allen his
       Heirs and Assigns for ever Under and subject to the quit rent from
       henceforth to accrue and grow due for the premisses to the Lord Proprietary
       of Maryland his Heirs and assigns  And the said Daniel Dulany
       doth hereby for himself and his Heirs covenant promise and grant to &
       with the said William Allen his Heirs and assigns that he the said Daniel
       Dulany and his Heirs the said hereby granted or mentioned to be granted
       Tract of Land called Long Meadow Enlarged with the appurtenances
       unto the said William Allen his Heirs and assigns against him the said
       Daniel Dulany and his Heirs and all claiming or to claim the same
       premisses or any part thereof by from or under the said Daniel Dulany
       or his Heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend by these presents
       And the said Daniel Dulany for himself and his Heirs doth
