352 further covenant promise and agree to and with the said William Allen his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Daniel Dulany and his Heirs shall and will at any Time within the space of Ten Years now next, at the reasonable request costs and charges in the Law of the said William Allen his heirs and assigns make do execute and acknowledge or cause and procure to be made done executed and acknowledged all such farther and other Lawfull and reasonable Acts Deeds, Conveyances and apurances whatsoever for the further better and more perfect granting conveying and assuring unto the said William Allen his Heirs and assigns the said Tract of Land called Long Meadow Enlarged Hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned or intended so to be with the appurtenances, as by the said William Allen his Heirs or assigns or his or their Council Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or required so that such farther assurance or conveyance do not contain any further or other warranty that is herein before comprized, and that for the doing thereof the said Daniel Dulany or his heirs shall not be compellable to travel from the place of his or their place of abode In Witness whereof the parties aforesaid to these presents have interchangeably set their hands and seals the day and year first above written Sealed and Delivered [the Words (certain) Heirs) being first interlined] in presence of Dan.l Dulany (s) Richard Peters Tho.s Willing On the Back of the above was written as follows |
