       County in the Province of Maryland Gentleman and Dorothy
       his wife of the one part and Francis Hall of Queen Anns County in
       the Province afd Gentleman son of the said Francis and Dorothy of
       the other part  Witnesseth that the said Francis the Father & Dorothy
       his Wife for and in Consideration of the natural Love and affection which
       they have and bear for and to their said son Francis and for and in
       consideration of the sum of Five shillings lawfull Money of Maryland to
       them in hand paid by the said Francis the son before the Execution of
       these presents the Receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge  Have
       given granted bargained and sold and by these presents Do give grant
       bargain and sell unto the said Francis Hall the son and his heirs
       all that Tract or parcell of Land called Green Oak scituate lying and
       being in Kent County in the province of Maryland containing four
       hundred ninety and two Acres more or less and also all that Tract or parcell
       of Land called Spryes Hills scituate lying and being in Cecil County
       in the Province of Maryland containing by resurvey Five hundred
       seventy and three acres more or less and also all that part of a tract of
       Land called Hacks Town scituate lying in being in Cecil County afd
       which is included within the following Lines and Boundaries to Wit
       Beginning at a Bounded white oak standing on a point on the
       south side of a Branch of Back Creek being a Corner Tree of the said
       Tract of Land called Spryes Hills and running from the said Tree south
       by East three hundred and twenty perches to the Mouth of a Cove
       being the extent of Spryes Line then by and with the said cove
       to Sassafras River then up by and with the said River the several
       Courses and Distances of the same to the Moath of a Creek called
       the Mile Creek then up by and with the same the several Courses and
       Distances thereof to a corner bounded Hickory standing in a cove
       thence by a streigh line to the place of beginning containing
