342. to these Presents have hereunto interchangeably set their Hands & seals and affixed their seals the day and year first above written Sealed and delivered John Medcalf (s) in the presence of us John Hepburn John Chocke (s) Sam.l Hepburn John Franklin (s) On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Received on the day and year first within written of and from the within named John Chocke the sum of five shillings Current Money being the Consideration Money within mentioned to be by him paid to me I say receivd by Witness Sam.l Hepburn John Medcalf On the 22.d day of December seventeen hundred and sixty two Came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Provincial Justices the within named John Medcalf John Chocke and John Franklin and did severally acknowledge the within Deed to be their respective act and Deed to and for the Uses Intents and Purposes within mentioned and the undivided Moiety of the Tract or Parcel of Land and Premisses therein mentioned and every part and parcel thereof to be the right and Estate of the said John Chocke his Heirs and assigns for ever according to the true intent and meaning of the same Deed and the act of assembly in such case made and provided 3 s.d Before me J Hepburn Recorded the 14.th April 1763 Ex.d This Indenture made the Eleventh day of April, in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty three Between Francis Hall of Prince George's County |
