344 Two hundred Acres of Land more or Less together with all houses Buildings Gardens Orchards Trees Woods Underwoods Ways Waters profits Commodities Hereditaments and advantages thereunto belonging or appertaining and also the Reversion and reversions Remainder and remainders Rents Issues and profits of the said Premisses and every part and parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest Property Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity of them the said Francis Hall the father and Dorothy his Wife and of either of them of in unto or out of the said several tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses and each and every of them and every part and parcel thereof with the Appurtenances To have and To hold the said several Tracts or parcels of Land and Premisses and each and every of them and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Francis Hall the son and his heirs and assigns for ever In Witness whereof the parties afd to these presents have set their hands and seals interchangeably the day and Year above written Sealed and Delivered Francis Hall her in the presence of us Dorothy D Hall mark J Hepburn: Rich.d Lamar On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Received the day of the date of the within indenture from Francis Hall the son, within named the sum of five shillings lawfull Money of Maryland the consideration within mentioned to be paid by him to us, the bargainors within named Francis Hall Witness J Hepburn her Dorothy D Hall mark |
