       Marshall his heirs and assigns, of all that one hundred acres of Land
       herein after particularly discribed by the following description contained in
       the said Deed of Feoffment to Wit all that part or parcell of Land being part of
       a Tract or parcell of Land called and known by the Name of Battersy situate
       lying and being nigh unto Broad Creek in Prince Georges County that is
       to say   All that part of the said Land which heretofore belonged unto a
       certain William Tyler Grand Father of the said John deceased and which
       by Inheritance is become the right and property of the said John Tyler
       containing one hundred acres more or less with the appurtenances as in
       and by the said Deed of feoffment referrence being thereunto had may more
       fully appear  And Whereas also for the docking barring and Extinguishing
       all Estates Tail and Reversions or Remainders, thereupon Expectant
       or depending of and in the same part of the Tract of Land aforesaid
       with the appurtenances the said John Rogers as demandant did heretofore
       prosecute and sue forth out of his Lordships High Court of Chancery
       his said Lordships Writ of Entry sur disseisin en le post against him
       the said James Marshall returnable and returned to the Provincial
       Court at Annapolis on the second Tuesday of April Instant whereby the
       said John Rogers did demand against him the said James Marshall
       the same part of the said Tract of Land and appurtenances by the name
       discriptions and Boundaries following to wit one hundred acres of
       Plantable Land being part of a Tract of Land called Battersea
       otherwise called Batterzee lying in Prince Georges County aforesaid
       and in the westerly corner of the said whole Tract   Beginning
       at a post standing at the Northermost Corner of a store house
       now in the possession of M.r Enoch M.cGruder Merchant
