337 Be it remembered that on the sixth day of April seventeen hundred and sixty three came the within named Joseph Waters before John Hall one of the Right H.bl the Lord Prop.rys Justices of the Provincial Court and acknowledged the same to be his act and deed and the Lands and Premisses thereby Bargained and sold to be the Estate Right Title and Property of the within Named Nathaniel Giles his Heirs and assigns for ever according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within Deed John Hall 1763 April 12.th Received of M.r Nathaniel Giles Eight shillings sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the alienation Fine on the within two Hundred acres of Land by virtue of a commission from Edward Loyd Esquire his said Lordship's agent & receiver general Benj.a Beall Recorded the 12th day of April 1763 9 s.d Exam.d This Indenture Tripartite made this fourteenth day of April in the Year seventeen hundred and sixty three Between John Tyler of Charles County in Maryland planter of the one part James Marshall of Prince Georges County in Maryl.d Merchant of the second part and John Rogers of Annapolis of the third part Whereas the aforesaid John Tyler for the consideration of one hundred pounds sterling to him paid by the said James Marshall by deed of Feoffment duly Executed and dated the thirtieth day of March seventeen hundred and sixty one did Enfeoffe him the said James Marshall |
