       Tenements, Hereditaments and Premisses hereby granted and of every
       part and parcell thereof and all Rents Issues services and profits to them
       or any of them incident belonging or appertaining   And all and every
       the Estate and Estates Rights Titles Claims and demands whatsoever
       of him the said Joseph Waters into or out of the said Lands Tenements
       Hereditaments and premisses and every part and parcel thereof
      
          To have and To hold the said Lands Tenements and ^all^ other the
       Premisses hereby granted Bargained and sold or mentioned or intended to
       be Granted Bargained and sold, and every part and parcell thereof
       with their and every of their Apertenances, unto the said Nathan.l Giles
       for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said Nathaniel
       Giles his heirs and assigns for ever  And the said Joseph Waters doth
       hereby grant for himself and his heirs that he the said Nathaniel Giles his
       Heirs and assigns the Land Tenements and Premisses hereby granted
       or mentioned to be granted and every part and parcell thereof with
       all and singular their & every of their Rights Members and appurtenances
       unto the said Nathaniel Giles his Heirs and assigns against him the said
       Joseph Waters or his Heirs and all others Persons whatsoever Claiming
       or Pretending to Claim Right or Title therein by from or under him
       shall and will Warrant and for ever Defend by these presents
      
          And the said Joseph Waters for himself and his heirs doth Covenant
       and grant to and with the said Nathaniel Giles his Heirs and assigns
       and all and every other Person or persons whatsoever haveing
       Lawfully Claiming or which shall or may at any Time or
       Times hereafter have or Lawfully Claim any Estate Right
       Title or Interest of in or to any part or Parcell thereof shall
