334 April 11.th 1763 Receivd of M.r Andrew Dorsey Two shillings sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the alienation Fine on the within Fifty acres of Land by virtue of a commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent and receiver general Benj.a Beall Recorded the 11.th April 1763 6 s.d Exam.d This Indenture made this Fifth day of April in the Year of our Lord seventeen hundred & sixty three Between Joseph Waters of Baltimore County and Province of Maryland of the one part and Nathaniel Giles of County and province aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth the said Joseph Waters for and in consideration of the sum of Eighty Pounds Current Money of Pensylvania to him in hand paid by the said Nathaniel Giles at or before the Ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof the said Joseph Waters doth hereby acknowledge, and therefrom and from every part and parcell thereof doth Exonerate Acquit and discharge the said Nathaniel Giles his heirs Executors administrators and and assigns and every of them for ever by these presents, to the said Joseph Waters hath granted Bargained sold aliened enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents doth sell Alien Enffeoff and Confirm unto the said Nathaniel Giles his Heirs and assigns for Ever in the Actual Possession of the said Nathaniel Giles now being All that Tract of Land lying and being in Frederick County & called and known by the Name of Josephs Choice which said Tract containg Two hundred acres agreeable to the Butts and Bounds thereof with all the Rights Members and appurtenances whatsoever unto the said Two hundred acres of Land belonging or in any Ways appertaining with all and singular the said Lands Tenements |
