       and will from time to time, and at all Times hereafter at and upon the
       reasonable request and at the cost and charges in the Law of the said Nathaniel
       Giles his Heirs and assigns or some of them, make do levy execute acknowledge,
       suffer, or cause to be made done acknowledged Executed and
       suffered, all and such further and other reasonably act and acts thing  
       and things devise and devises assurance and assurances conveyance &
       conveyances in the Law whatsoever for the better and more Perfect assurance
       surety and suremakeing and conveying settling Establishing or Confirmation
       of the said Lands Tenements hereditaments and Premisses, hereby Granted or
       mentioned to be hereby Granted or any of them and of every or any part or
       parcell thereof, with all and singular their and every of their appertenances
       unto the said Nathaniel Giles his heirs and assigns according to the true
       Intent and Meaning of these presents as by the said Nathaniel Giles his
       Heirs or assigns or any of them or by his or their or any of their Council
       Learned in the Law shall be reasonably devised advised or Required
       In Witness whereof the said Joseph Walters hath hereunto set his hand
       and affixed his seal the day & year aforesaid

          Signed Sealed and Delivered                  Joseph Waters      (s)
             in the presence of
       The word (against between the twenty first & Twenty second line first interlined
          William Wilson his agt and John Griner

                On the Back of the aforegoig Deed was thus Written

       Received of Nathaniel Giles the just and full sum of Eighty Pounds Pensylvania
       Currency Being the Consideration Money within Mentioned and being full for
       the within Lands and Premisses as Witness my hand and seal this
       Fifth day of April seventeen hundred and sixty three
