332 of the sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money of Great Brittain to him in hand paid by the said Andrew Dorsey the Receipt whereof he doth hereby acknowledge, and thereof doth acquitt and discharge the said Andrew Dorsey his heirs and assigns for ever Doth grant Bargain sell alien alien and confirm unto him the said Andrew Dorsey his Heirs and assigns for ever fifty acres of Land being part of a Tract of Land ^called^ and known by the name of Batchelors Refuge lying and being in Baltimore Coty Beginning at three bounded Red Oaks standing at the Mouth of a small draught near the head of the White Marshes which descends into Dellawar falls Being the Original Beginning trees of said Land, and also the original beginning of a tract of Land called Dorseys prospect And running thence south twenty five degrees West one hundred and Eighty four Perches south forty two degrees East four Perches North forty seven and half Degrees East forty perches, North sixty six degrees East fifty four Perch.s North Twenty three and half Deg.s East one hundred and thirty one perches then with a streight line to the beginning containg and laid out for fifty acres of Land To have and To hold the aforesaid bargained Land and premises and every part thereof with the appurtenances unto the said Andrew Dorsey his Heirs and assigns for ever to his and there only proper Use and Behoof and the said John Gilliss doth for himself his heirs and assigns covenant grant and agree to and with the said Andrew Dorsey his Heirs and assigns the afd parcell of Land and premisses unto him the said Andrew Dorsey his |
