331 the Consideration of the within Deed as Witness our hands the day and year above Written Robert Vass Witness Ann Vass William Thomas Francis Keys Sarah Thomas Arthur Whitely Jun.r Mary Thomas April the 13.th 1763 Then came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court Robert Vass and Ann his Wife William Thomas and Sarah his Wife and Mary Thomas Parties to the within Deed and did Severally Acknowledge the within Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein contained unto the within Robert Ewing his heirs and assigns ^to the only proper Use and Behoof of the s.d Robert Ewing his heirs and assigns^ forever and Further Certify that I did Privately Examine the said Ann Vass and the said Sarah Thomas out of hearing of their said Husbands and that they and each of them did declare that they did acknowledge this Deed and the Lands and Premisses therein Contained unto the within named Robert Ewing his heirs and assigns willingly and freely and without being induced thereto by fears or Threats of or ill usage by their said Husbands or fear of their Displeasure Geo Stewart Recorded the 14.th day of April 1763 1½ s.d This Indenture made this Eleventh day of April Exam.d in the Year of our Lord One thousand seven hundred and sixty three Between John Gilliss of Ann Arundel County in the Province of Maryland Planter of the one Part and Andrew Dorsey of Baltimore County in Province aforesaid Planter on the other Part, Witnesseth that he the said John Gilliss for and in Consideration of |
