333 his Heirs and assigns for ever, against all Persons claiming from by or under him the said John Gilliss: In Witness whereof the said John Gillis hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year above written, the Rents that may now or hereafter become due to the Lord Proprietary only to be paid by said Andrew Dorsey his heirs or assigns Signed Sealed & Delivered John Gillis in the presence of (s) John Brice Junior & Will.m Cooke On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Maryland Ann Arundel County fs.t April 11.th 1763 Then Came the within named John Gilliss before me the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court of the province afd and acknowledged the within Indenture to be his act and Deed and the Land and premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right & Estate of the within named Andrew Dorsey his Heirs and assigns for ever according to the true intent & meaning of the within indenture and the act of assembly in such cases made & provided John Brice April 11.th 1763 Received of the within named Andrew Dorsey full satisfaction for the within sum of Twenty Pounds Sterling Money aforesaid Witness I say Receivd p W.m Cooke John Gillis John Brice Jun.r |
