       Mathias Vanderheyden be the said Lands called or
       known described or distinguished by those or any other name
       or Names whatsoever together with all Improvements and
       Advantages whatsoever on the said Lands or any of them
       being and also the Remainder and remainders Reversion
       and Reversions Rents and services of the Premisses and
       all the Estate Right Title Interest Use trust Property
       Claim & Demand whatsoever both in Law and Equity, and
       all Equity of Redemption of the said Lands or any of them
       or any part of them   To have and to hold the said
       hereby granted bargained & sold Lands & premisses and
       every part and parcell thereof to the said John Brice
       and to his Heirs and assigns to the only proper use and
       Behoof of the said John Brice his heirs and assigns forever
     
          And the said Hercules Coutts doth hereby for himself
       and his heirs Executors administrators and assigns
       covenant promise and agree to and with the said
       John Brice and his Heirs Executors administrators
       and assigns that he the said Hercules Coutts and his
       heirs shall and will at all or any time or times
       hereafter at the reasonable request proper cost and charges
       of the said John Brice & his Heirs and assigns, make do execute
       levy or suffer or cause to be made done levied Executed or
       suffered all or any such further & other reasonable act & acts
       Deed & Deeds Time or Times Recov^er^y or recoveries conveyance
