          Maryland Planter of the one Part and James Sewell in
       Ann Arundel County and province aforesaid Planter of the
       other part   Witnesseth that the said John Prestridge for and
       in consideration of the sum of Ten pounds Silver Currency to him
       in hand paid at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
       presents by the said James Sewell the Receipt whereof he the said John
       Prestidge doth hereby acknowledge and himself therewith fully
       satisfied contented and paid and thereof and therefrom and from every
       part and parcell thereof doth fully clearly and absolutely exonerate
       acquit and Discharge the said James Sewell his Heirs and assigns for ever
       Hath given granted Bargained sold aliend enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth fully clearly and absolutely
       give Grant Bargain sell alien enfeoffe and confirm unto the said James Sewell his Heirs and assigns for ever
       all that tract or Parcell of Land called Good Neighbourhood lying and being
       in Ann Arundel County near the main falls of Patapsco River   Beginning
       at a Bounded white oak standing on a Ridge near the lines of a Tract of
       Land called and known by the Name of Boltons old fields, near the main
       falls of Patapsco River and running thence south sixty five degrees
       East forty Perches then south sixty five degrees West Thirty perches, then
       West Twenty Perches, then North sixty five degrees West thirty Perches
       then by a streight Line to the beginning containing and now laid out
       for seven acres and half acre of Land more or Less, Together with all
       and singular the Premisses and appurtenances thereunto belonging
       or in any wise appurtaining   To have and To hold the said
       Tract or parcell of Land aforesaid together with all and singular the
       premisses and appurtenances unto the said James Sewell his heirs
       and assigns for ever to the only proper use and Behoof of him
