315 the said James Sewell his heirs and assigns for ever, and to the said John Prestidge and his heirs the said Tract or parcel of Land aforesaid together with all and singular the premisses and appurtenances unto the said James Sewell his heirs and assigns for ever to the only proper Use and Behoof of him the said James Sewell his heirs and assigns for ever, and the s.d John Prestidge and his heirs the said parcell or Tract of land unto the said James Sewell and his heirs, In manner & form aforesaid conveyed against him the said John Prestidge and his heirs, and against all and every other Person and persons whatsoever Lawfully Claiming by from or under him the said John Prestidge his heirs shall and will warrant and for ever defend and the said John Prestidge doth for himself and his Heirs Executors administrators covenant promise grant and agree to and with the said James Sewell his Heirs and assigns That he the said James Sewell his heirs shall and may Peaceably and quietly have hold occupy possess and enjoy the said Bargained premisses with their appurtenances free from the Lett suit Molestation or Interruption of of him the said John Prestidge his heirs or any other Person claiming by from or under him them or any of them and further that he the said John Prestidge and his Heirs shall upon request and at the charges in the Law of |
