       Increase aforesaid for his own proper Benefit and Advantage
       as to him shall seem meet      In Witness whereof
       I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this Twenty second
       Day of February seventeen hundred and sixty three
          Sealed and Delivered in presence
          of John Inch                                    Nicholas Minskie   (s)

       On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Indorsed  Viz

                   Ann Arundell County fs.t   March the 9.th 1763

           Then came the within Named Nicholas Minskie before me
       one of his Lordship's Justices of the peace for Ann Arundell
       County and Acknowledged the within Instrument and
       Writing to be his Act and Deed and the Negro Wench therein
       mentioned to be the Property of the said Allen Quynn his
       Executors administrators and assigns according to the True
       Intent and Meaning therefore
                This acknowledgement Taken before
                                                             Jn.o James
                Recorded the 12.th March 1763

Exam.d   This Indenture made this fourth day
       of February Anno Domini One thousand
       seven hundred and sixty three  Between John
