             And also all the Estate Right Title use Trust property Claim & Demand
       whatsoever of him the said William Henderson as well in Law as in Equity
       of into and out of the said part or parcel of the Tract of Land aforesaid and all
       and singular the Premisses with the appurtenances and of into and out of
       every part and parcell thereof   To have and To hold the said
       two hundred and eighty acres of Land part of the Tract of Land aforesaid
       herein before discribed and hereby granted Bargained and Sold or meant mentioned
       and intended so to be and all and singular the premisses with the Rights Members
       and appurtenances thereto belonging and every part and parcell thereof unto
       the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and assigns to the only proper use and Behoof
       of him the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns for ever, and to or for
       no other use intent or purpose whatsoever   And the said William
       Henderson for himself and his heirs Doth hereby Covenant Grant and agree
       to and with the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns that the aforesaid two
       hundred and Eighty Acres of Land and premisses with the Appurtenances hereby
       granted Bargained and sold and each and every of them and every part and parcel
       thereof are free and clear and freely and clearly Acquitted and discharged of and
       from all and every elder survey and surveys whatsoever and of and from all
       Manner of former or other Gifts Grants Bargains Sales Estates Debts
       Charges Titles Troubles and Incumbrances whatsoever at any Time hereto
       fore in any wise had made committed done or suffered by him the said William
       Henderson or by any other person or Persons lawfully claiming or to claim
       by from or under him the said William Henderson or by or through his
       act privity default or Procurement   In Witness whereof
