307. and thereof and therefrom doth hereby acquit and discharge the said Beale Bordley his Heirs Executors and Administrators Hath given granted bargained sold aliened released enfeoffed and confirmed and by these presents Doth give grant Bargain sell alien release enfeoffe and confirm unto him the said Beale Bordley and his Heirs All that parcel of Land lying and being in Ann Arundel County aforesaid near Patapsco River on the East side of Curtices Creek being part of a Tract of Land called Jacobs improved purchase Beginning for the said parcel of Land hereby granted Bargained and sold at two bounded White Oaks standing near the said creek and running from thence East south East One hundred and Ninety eigth perches, thence south sixty perches then south Fifty six degrees East Ninety six perches, then south forty five degrees East seventy two Perches then North Fifty four Degrees East one hundred and seventy Eight perches then North Eighty six perches then south Eighty two Degrees West one hundred and ninety perches then North Fifty eigth Degrees West Two hundred and Eighty three perches then with a direct Line to the first bounded Trees containing and laid out for two hundred and Eighty acres of Land more or less together with all and singular the Houses Outhouses Edifices Buildings and Improvements Rights Liberties priviledges Members & appurtenances whatsoever thereon being thereto belonging or therewith in any Manner was taken or occupied And the Reversion and Reversions, Remainder and remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and parcel thereof And also |
