       the said Parties to these presents have ^hereunto^ interchangeably set
       their Hands and Affixed their seals the Day and Year first within
       Written
                   Sealed and Delivered               Will.m Henderson   (s)
                   in the Presence of                     Beale Bordley         (s)

                      Reverdy Ghiselin & Robert Couden

                      On the Back of the above Deed was thus Written Viz

                      Received on the 24.th day of February 1763 the sum of
       One hundred and thirty pounds Current Money of and from the within
       mentioned Beale Bordley in full for the Consideration Money within
       mentioned   I say received by me
          Witn.s Reverdy Ghiselin               Will.m Henderson

          On the twenty fourth day of February in the Year seventeen hundred
       and sixty three Personally appeared before us the subscribers two
       Justices of the peace for Ann Arundel County the within named
       William Henderson and did acknowledge the within Instrument
       of Writing to be his Act and Deed & the two hundred acres of Land
       therein therein and thereby granted bargained and sold and
       premisses with the appurtenances and every part and parcel thereof
       to be the right Title and Estate of the within named Beale Bordley
       his Heirs and assigns according to the true intent and Meaning
       of the same Deed and the Act of Assembly in such case made
       and provided   Taken and Acknowledged Before
