       and running thence bounding on front Street South Seventeen Degrees
       East sixty two feet, Then south seventy three Degrees West seven perches
       North seventeen Degrees West sixty two feet unto the aforesaid Bantson's
       part, and then Bounding on that part by a streight line with the aforesaid
       place of beginning   Beginning for the part of the Lot Number  
       forty seven on front street at the North West Corner of the whole Lot, and
       running thence Bounding on the afd street south seventeen degrees East
       sixty seven feet, then North seventy three Degrees East Eight perches
       and one fourth part of a perch unto the Lot Number Fifty, Then bounding
       on that Lot North seventeen degrees West sixty seven feet unto the lot
       Number forty Eight, and then with a streight Line to the place of Begining
       Together with all Rights, Profits, Benefits, Priviledges and Advantages
       Premisses and Appurtenances to the said Bargained two parts of said
       two Lots of Land belonging or in any wise appertaining  To have
       and To hold the said Bargained two parts of said two lots of
       Land with their premisses and appurtenances unto him the said
       Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns for ever and to his and their
       only proper Use and Behoof   And the said Brian Philpot
       for himself and his Heirs doth hereby Covenant, Grant, Promise,
       and agree to and with the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns in manner
       and form following that is to say That the said Bargained two parts of said
       two lots of land with their premisses and appurtenances is free and clear
       of and from all manner of former or other Gifths, Grants, Bargains, sales
       Leases, Jointers, Dowers, Mortgages, Entailes, or other Incumbrances
       whatsoever, That he the sid Brian Philpot at the Time of signing
       and sealing these presents is lawfully and rightfully seized
