300 and in the said Bargained two parts of said two Lots of Land with their premisses and appurtenances by a good, sure, perfect and absolute Estate of Inheritance in fee simple, and hath good Right, full power and lawful and absolute authority to convey and assure the same unto him the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and assigns for ever in Manner and form aforesaid And Lastly that he the said Brian Philpot and his Heirs shall & will Warrant and defend the said Bargained two parts of said two lots of Land with their premisses and appurtenances unto him the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns for ever against all and all Manner of ^person or^ persons Whatsoever In Witness whereof the said Brian Philpot hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the say and year above written Bryan Philpott (s) Signed Sealed & Delivered in presence of Beale Bordley (s) being first duly stampt and certify'd John Hall and Henry James On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Viz Received this fourth day of November 1762 of the within named Beale Bordley the sum of one hundred and Twenty Nine pounds sterling Money being the Consideration Money mentioned in the within Deed As Witness my Hand Bryan Philpot Tests John Hall and Henry James On the fourth day of November in the Year 1762 came before the subscriber one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Bryan Philpot party to the within Indenture and acknowledged the same indenture to be his Act and Deed and the parts |
