       Warfield his Heirs and assigns for ever

Ex.d   This Indenture made the Fourth day of November
       in the Year of Our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and sixty two
       Between Brian Philpot of Baltimore County in the Province of
       Maryland Gentleman of the one part   And Beale Bordley of the
       same county and province Gentleman of the other part  Witnesseth
       that the said Bryan Philpot for and in consideration of the sum of
       One hundred and twenty Nine Pounds sterling Money, to him in hand
       by the said Beale Bordley paid, the receipt of which he the said Brian Philpot
       doth hereby acknowledge and himself to be therewith fully satisfied contented
       and paid   Hath granted Bargained sold aliened Enfeoffed & confirmed
       And by these presents Doth grant, Bargain, sell, alien, Enffeof
       and confirm unto the said Beale Bordley his Heirs and Assigns
       for Ever, all those parts of two Lots of Land lying and being in the
       first Addition to Baltimore Town in the County afores.d on the East side
       of Jones's falls known or destinguished by the Numbers of fourty four
       and forty seven, which are containeth within the following Meetes and
       Bounds Courses and distances Viz Beginning for the part of the
       Lot Number forty four, on front street at the south East Corner of
       that part of the said Lot of Land heretofore sold and conveyed by the
       said Bryan Philpot, unto a certain Joseph Bankson
