297. be from TIme to Time reasonably divised or advised for the further and better Assurances surety and sure making of all and singular the premisses hereby Bargained and Sold or intended to be hereby bargained and sold according to the true intent and meaning of these presents In Witness whereof the said Edward Hall hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and Year above written Edward Hall (s) signed sealed and delivered in Presence of John Brice Jun.r James Brice On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus written Viz Received February the 12.th 1763 the sum of One hundred pounds Sterling Money it being the consideration expressed in the within Deed Witness Rec.d p Edw.d Hall 100£ ster John Brice Junior and James Brice February 12.th 1763 Received of M.r John Warfield Eight shillings & one penny sterling for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation Fine on the within Two hundred & two Acres of Land by Virtue of a commission from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships Agent & receiver General Benj.a Be^a^ll On the 12.th Day of February 1763 Came the within named Edward Hall before me one of his Lordship's Justices for the Provincial Court and acknowledged the within Instrument to be his Act and Deed and the Land and Premises therein |
