       sum of Five sterling ^to them^ in hand paid at or before the Ensealing and
       Delivery of these Presents the Receipts whereof is hereby acknowledged as also
       for other good causes and considerations them thereunto Moving
       Have Given granted Bargained Sold Aliened Released and Confirmed
       and by these Presents Do Give grant Bargain Sell Alien Release
       and Confirm unto him the said James Dick his Heirs and assigns
       the aforesaid Tract of Land lying in Ann Arundel County aforesaid
       adjoining on the Head of Dorseys Creek and on the Commonage without
       the Gate of the City of Annapolis as by the Bounds thereof may appear
       and laid out for one hundred and Twenty Acres more or less together
       with all and singular the Houses Edifices Buildings Improvements
       Profits Commodities and Advantages to the same belonging or in
       any wise appertaining and the Reversion and reversions Remainder
       and Remainders Rents Issues and Profits thereof and of every part and
       parcel thereof and all the Estate Right Title Interest use trust
       property Claim and Demand whatsoever either in Law or Equity
       of them the said Richard Mackubbin and Elizabeth his wife of
       into or out of the aforesaid Tract of Land and premisses with the appurtenances
       To have and To hold the aforesaid Tract of Land
       and other the Premises with their and every of their Rights Members and
       Appurtenances unto him the said James Dick his Heirs and Assigns
       for ever to his and their own proper ^Use and^ Behoof and to or for no other
       Use Intent or Purpose whatsoever  In Testimony whereof
       the Parties to these Presents have hereunto set their hands &
       seals the day and year first above written
