275 Use and Behoof of him the said Ephraim Davis his Heirs and Assigns for ever and the said Larkin Pierpoint for himself his Heirs and Assigns doth firmly covenant and agree to and with the said Ephraim Davis his Heirs and Assigns for ever the aforesaid Lands with the Premisses and Appurtenances for ever will Warrant and Defend unto him the said Ephraim Davis his Heirs and Assigns against him the said Larkin Pierpoint his Heirs and assigns or any Person or Persons claiming or to claim any Right or Tittle to the aforesaid Lands and Premisses by form or under him them or any or either of them In Witness whereof the said Larkin Peirpoint hath hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal the day and Year above Written Larkin Peirpoint (s) Signed Sealed and Delivered in presence of Geo Steuart and Nathaniel Waters On the Back of the forgoing Deed was thus Written That on the 11.th day of January Anno Domini 1763 Came the within Named Larkin Peirpoint before me one of his Lordships Justices of the Provincial Court and did acknowledge the within written to be his Act and Deed and the Lands and premisses therein Mentioned to be the Right of the within Named Ephraim Davis his Heirs and Assigns for ever According to the true Intent Intent & Meaning thereof and to the act of Assembly in that case made and provided George Steuart Received this 11.th Day of January Anno Domini 1763 of the within named Ephraim Davis the sums of |
