       Premisses herein before mentioned or intended to be hereby granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmd and every Part and
       parcell thereof unto the said Garrard Hopkins his Heirs and Assigns, to
       the only proper use and Behoof of him the said Garrard Hopkins his
       Heirs and Assigns for Every and to no other use intent or purpose Whatsoever
       And the said Nicholas Maccubbin for himself his heirs Executors and
       Administrators Doth Covenant Grant and agree to and with the
       said Garrard Hopkins his Heirs and Assigns by these Presents
       that he the said Nicholas Maccubbin and his Heirs shall and will
       from Time to Time and at all Times hereafter Warrant and Defend
       the aforesaid part of a Tract of Land with the appurtenances herein before
       Granted, sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed from and against all
       Maner of Persons Claiming from or under him the said Nicholas
       Maccubbin or his Heirs   In Witness Whereof I have
       hereunto sett my Hand and seal the Day and Year being first
       above written
                                                                   Nich Maccubbin
             Signed Sealed & Delivered
             in the Presence of

       The Word (sixteen shillings and one penny
       sterling being first interlined before signing
       and sealing of these Presents
             Thomas Harwood & Josh Gaither

             On the Back of the aforegoing Deed was thus Written Vizt

       Then came before me the subscriber one of his Lordships
       Justices of the Provincial Court the within named Nicholas
       Maccubbin party to the within Presents and acknowledged
