       that for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty two Pounds six shillings
       and five pence currency and Sixteen Shillings and one pence sterling
       and the cost of suit on an Action commenced by the said Nicholas
       Maccubbin against Thomas Tyler in Dorchester County in the
       Province afores.d to the said Nicholas Maccubbin at or before the
       Ensealing or Delivery hereof by the said Garrard Hopkins well
       and truly payd the Receipt whereof the said Nicholas Maccubbin
       Doth hereby Acknowledge and thereof and of every Part and
       Parcel thereof doth clearly Acquit Release and Discharge
       the said Garrard Hopkins his Heirs Executors Administrators
       and Assigns and every of them forever by these Presents the said
       Nicholas Maccubbin Doth Grant Bargain sell alien
       Enfeoff and confirm unto the said Garrard Hopkins his Heirs
       and assigns for ever all that part of a Tract of Land called or
       Commonly Known by the Name of Jordan Point lying in
       Dorchester County which said Land was devised by Henry Hill
       of Ann Arundel County deceased to his Grand Daughter
       Priscilla Hill who is now the Wife of the said Thomas Tyler
       Reference being thereunto had may more fully Appear with all
       & singular the Edifices Improvements and Appurtenances
       thereunto belonging or which are now deemd to belong to the same
       and the Reversion and Reversions Remainder and Remainders
       Rents Issues and other Profits of the said Premisses hereby granted
       Bargained Sold Aliened Enfeoffed and Confirmed and of every
       part and parcel thereof and also all the Estate Right Title
       Interest proffit Claim and Demand whatsoever both in Law
       and Equity of the said Nicholas Maccubbin therein and thereunto
       To have and to hold the said part of a Tract of Land and
