       the same to be his act and Deed and the Land and Premisses
       within Mentioned to be the Estate property Right and Tittle
       of the within Named Garrard Hopkins his Heirs Executors
       administrators and assigns for ever according to the Directions
       of the act of assembly in such cases made and provided and
       according to the true Intent and Meaning of the within
       Instrument of Writing

       January 10.th 1763

          Received the Day and Year within Mentioned of the within
       mentioned Garrard Hopkins the Within mentioned sum
       of Fifty two pounds six shillings and five pence Current
       Money and sixteen shillings and one penny sterling
       and costs of suit it being the Consideration Money within
       mentioned                        Nich Maccubbin

       Test   Th.s Harwood & Jos.h Gaither

       1763 January the 12.th Received of M.r Gerrard
       Hopkins sixteen shillings and one penny sterling
       for the use of the Lord Baltimore being the Alienation
       Fine on the within Land (supposing the same to contain
       four Hundred & two acres) by virtue of a commission
       from Edward Loyd Esq.r his said Lordships agent
       & receiver General
